WOMAN ONLY - Martial Fitness

Martial Fitness Circuit Training is a form of high intensity aerobic and resistance training.  This program has been designed to target fat loss and all over body toning using our skills in Kick Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defence.  Please call for further details.

Class holidays and breaks:

  • No training bank holidays

All monthly fees are Pro Rata, there will be 4 weeks holiday per annum, 2 weeks in the summer and 2 weeks for xmas.  No change needed to pay monthly students as the holidays have been worked into the reduced fee.
